Sipod is looking for someone who will attract, engage, train and develop people and be responsible for creating and developing HR strategy and processes in the Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Engages and empowers people and lead process of recruitment, selection and retention
  • Promotes employee engagement and experience
  • Organize talent planning, manage learning and development processes
  • Helping employees to set and achieve goals and track performances
  • Administrative work (for example tracking logged time, vacations and sick days…)

Desired qualifications and skills:

  • 2 years experience in management (preferably in HR management)
  • Communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Negotiation skills
  • Creativity
