Sipod is looking for someone who will attract, engage, train and develop people and be responsible for creating and developing HR strategy and processes in the Company.
Responsibilities:
- Engages and empowers people and lead process of recruitment, selection and retention
- Promotes employee engagement and experience
- Organize talent planning, manage learning and development processes
- Helping employees to set and achieve goals and track performances
- Administrative work (for example tracking logged time, vacations and sick days…)
Desired qualifications and skills:
- 2 years experience in management (preferably in HR management)
- Communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Negotiation skills
- Creativity
