Here’s what our hiring process looks like.
HR Interview
We start with an informal HR interview that lasts around 40 minutes. During this interview, we’ll talk about your skills and experiences, but we’re also interested in getting to know you as a person. We value character as much as technical knowledge, so we look for passionate, curious, and positive people.
Tech Interview
If you pass the HR interview, you’ll move on to a technical interview with some of our senior developers. Suppose you are not selected to move forward after the technical interview. In that case, our senior colleagues will provide you with constructive feedback and guidance to help you improve and grow in your skills and experience.
Final Interview
Finally, if you’re successful in the previous stages, you’ll have a final interview with our CEO and HR. During this final stage, if you are successful, we’ll offer you a position with us and give you a few days to consider it. We’ll provide detailed information on salary, benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.
We respect your time and the job search process. Our interview process is designed to be efficient and transparent, usually taking no longer than two weeks.
