Project Overview

Investors, urban planners, real estate agencies, and construction companies often struggle to evaluate the relative value of city locations based on various parameters such as safety, infrastructure, greenery, and economic viability. To bridge this gap, Vibe, an AI-driven web application, was developed to analyze and quantify the desirability of different locations within London based on over 100 geospatial, social, and economic factors.

The platform allows users to customize the importance of specific parameters, select locations on a map, and receive a data-driven location score that helps them make informed investment and purchasing decisions.
