As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a versatile Lead Generation Specialist who can drive various marketing campaigns, engage with leads at the top of the funnel, nurture leads, and enhance the visual appeal of our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective customers through research and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads to ensure alignment with ideal customer profiles.
- Continuously refine target prospect lists based on industry trends, buyer personas, and feedback from the sales team.
- Assist top-of-the-funnel outreach, initiating outbound outreach campaigns via email, social media, and online meetings.
- Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition to generate interest and set appointments or demos for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create and launch targeted lead generation campaigns (e.g., email sequences, LinkedIn InMails, and event-based outreach).
- Segment and tailor messaging based on persona, industry, and account type to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics (open rates, response rates, meeting set rates), making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions within the CRM, ensuring data integrity.
Supportive Content & Design Assistance
- Designing compelling marketing collateral, including campaign emails, social media creatives, and simple presentation decks.
- Utilize basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Figma) to create visually appealing assets that adhere to brand guidelines.
- Refresh existing materials and develop new visual concepts to enhance messaging and brand presence.
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential
- 2+ years of experience in a lead generation, SDR, or early-stage sales/marketing role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Strong prospecting skills and familiarity with lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo) and CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of crafting persuasive, targeted outreach messages.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret campaign metrics, and apply insights to improve lead conversion rates.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Nice-to-Have
- Basic design skills in Canva, Figma, or simple editing programs to create visually appealing email templates, slides, and social media graphics.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Lemlist, Outreach) and marketing automation tools.
- Understanding top-of-the-funnel marketing strategies, inbound marketing fundamentals, and account-based marketing concepts.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
